This also includes city permits, TOT taxes, cleaning/trash fees, police security at the door and all lighting. Your alcohol can be served by a licensed caterer/bartender. Outdoor covered cafe/dining area with caterer-ready kitchen and 40’ bar.
Bose sound system provides background music throughout the property.
